So, when it became possible for me to purchase my own rental property, it was obvious that Leonie was best suited to be the property manager who would make my interests as an owner her priority. Since I placed the property in her care, Leonie has taken a “hands on” approach. She helped show the property to its best advantage, vetted and secured solid tenants, and has always shown real interest in its on-going management.
Leonie has always responded to any of my issues with concern and kindness, and has been a property “manager” in the real sense of the word. Leonie has ensured that my dealings with your agency are always a pleasure; she is the epitome of customer service. I wish to thank Leonie, and to wish her every success in the future.
